Trellis House

Completed in 2018, Trellis House is a 319-unit, seven-story mixed-use community located in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, DC. On the edge of Howard’s campus, Trellis House includes 11,000 square feet of retail, direct-entry units, and a two-level below-grade parking garage with 139 spaces. 

The community also features an elevated interior courtyard with pool and grill area, vegetative green roof, and a hydroponic room on the sky terrace. A large clubhouse offers residents several amenity areas including a fitness studio, yoga room, clubroom, and business center. Trellis House's exterior features a blend of cast stone, composite metal panels, Nichiha panels, storefront, curtain wall, and fiber cement siding.
