Under Construction
- Building 40 Renovation - phased turnover begins in August 2026.
- STEM Renovation Program - Biology, Chemistry, and Physics work is proceeding in phases.
- Fine Arts and Communications Renovation Program - phased work in Childers Hall and the Ira Aldridge Theatre.
- New Howard University Hospital - early construction and enabling work are active.
- Walter Reed Building 7 - construction is underway at the Walter Reed campus.
- School of Business Second-Floor Renovation - construction and demolition are underway.
Enabling, Relocation, and Site Work
- Ralph J. Bunche Data Center Modernization - the campus network transition is complete, while remaining physical-space and office-turnover work is underway.
- Wonder Plaza - enabling work and soft demolition are underway.
- Pharmacy and Health Sciences Relocation - phased relocation and supporting work are underway.
- Residence Hall Reinvestment Program - Cook Hall is the first active renovation phase.
- East Towers Redevelopment - site work is underway.
- Walter Washington House Stabilization and Rehabilitation - stabilization, preservation coordination, and schedule confirmation remain active.
